Nathan Pool

Nathan Pool serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Global Vessel & Tank (GVT), leading the company’s strategic growth, operational excellence, and customer-focused culture. Since joining GVT in 2013, he has held multiple leadership positions, including COO, Operations Manager for the Louisiana facility, and Robotics Manager, providing him with deep operational insight and a commitment to continuous improvement. Nathan also served as GVT’s ESOP Trustee from 2021 to 2023, guiding the company through its employee ownership transition. He began his career in the U.S. Army as an Infantry Scout, including a deployment to Baghdad, Iraq, and later served as a team leader on a private security detail for high-ranking military and congressional leaders in combat zones. Nathan earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and is an active member of YPO Louisiana. His disciplined leadership, operational expertise, and hands-on industry experience continue to drive GVT’s mission and long-term vision.

Sadie Neatherly

Sadie Neatherly is a results-driven Chief Financial Officer with over a decade of progressive financial leadership across industries including healthcare, oil & gas, financial services, logistics, and telecommunications. She is known for her strategic foresight and operational execution, consistently aligning financial systems with organizational vision, improving efficiencies, and driving growth through mergers and acquisitions. Sadie’s expertise includes financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, financial systems implementation, and cross-functional team leadership. A skilled change agent, she has led multiple enterprise-level system conversions, including the implementation of NetSuite ERP, enhancing accuracy, reporting, and cost controls.

Laurie Malagarie

Laurie Malagarie brings 45 years of industry experience to her role as Controller at Global Vessel and Tank. She manages accounts receivable and payable, ensures inventory reconciles with the general ledger daily, and oversees daily bank account reconciliations. Prior to joining Global, Laurie spent 17 years at another oil and gas company, where she developed her expertise in accounting and financial management. She is motivated by her passion for accuracy, problem-solving, and working collaboratively with the employees at Global.

Liz Comeaux

Liz Comeaux brings 25 years of industry experience to Global Vessel and Tank, managing personnel records, employee benefits, and payroll processing. After graduating from USL, she began her career in income tax preparation, then progressed to office management and accounting roles across various industries, including the oilfield sector. This diverse background laid the foundation for a successful transition into Human Resources at GVT, where she has contributed for over five years. Her strengths include strategic and critical thinking, reliability, adaptability, discretion, professionalism, teamwork, and effective multitasking. Liz is motivated by helping employees—ensuring accurate pay, assisting with important paperwork, and building meaningful connections with staff and their families. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, fishing at Toledo Bend, enjoying game nights, and relaxing together watching movies.

Jessica House Dunnam

Jessica House Dunnam brings seven years of industry experience to her role at Global Vessel and Tank. She manages invoicing, new customer setup, collections, and supports the CEO and CFO by coordinating travel, meetings, and sponsored events. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Louisiana and has over ten years of management and sales experience. Her strengths include customer service, communication, attention to detail, and multitasking. She is motivated by Global’s culture, growth opportunities, and the people she works with. Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, Henry and Levi, as well as golfing, beach trips, CrossFit, and boating.

Celeste Dore’ serves as the New Iberia Office Manager at Global Vessel and Tank, bringing four years of experience in office management and operations. She is responsible for order entry, updating schedules and logs, preparing paperwork for invoicing and shipments, and ensuring timely processing of payables. Celeste’s strengths include customer service, communication, multitasking, and planning. She is motivated by the people she works with and the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally within the company. Outside of work, Celeste enjoys attending concerts.

Andy Griffin

NI Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager

Andy Griffin brings 28 years of industry experience to his role as Quality Control Manager at Global Vessel and Tank. He oversees the fabrication process to ensure all quality standards are met, working closely with third-party inspectors and applying his expertise in welding inspection, vessel design, and ASME code calculations. Andy’s career began as a vessel welder and fitter, later expanding into QC and welding oversight, where he honed his skills in vessel fitting and pipe fitting. He is motivated by the people he works with and the satisfaction of ensuring precision and safety in every project. Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and hunting.

Ricky Allen

Ricky Ray Allen brings 19 years of industry experience to his role as NI Facility Operations Manager at Global Vessel and Tank. He oversees every phase of operations, from equipment design and layout to estimating, sourcing materials, and managing product assembly departments. Ricky began his career repairing valves and controls in high school, then progressed to well testing, lease operations, and project managing the construction of equipment from raw materials to finished products. His expertise includes process equipment operation, leadership, and collaboration. Ricky is motivated by the people he works with, the satisfaction of seeing completed equipment in service, and providing for his family while doing work he loves. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, exploring new experiences, and making memories.

Gabriel “Gabe” Martinez

Gabriel Martinez brings over 20 years of industry experience to his role as Project Manager at Global Vessel and Tank. He is responsible for ordering parts and accessories for new projects and supporting the team wherever needed. Gabriel began his career as a roustabout with LPC, then served as an assembly foreman at Traco, followed by five years in I&E work before joining Global. His expertise spans assembly, operations, and safety systems, making him a go-to resource for technical guidance. Gabriel is motivated by the people he works with, the fast pace, and the challenges of the job. Outside of work, he enjoys golf and shooting pool.

Scot Hartman

Scot N. Hartman brings 22 years of industry experience to his role as Sales Representative at Global Vessel and Tank. He manages sales and customer relationships, coordinates project updates with customers and the operations team, and oversees invoice approvals. Scot’s career includes 14 years as a Project Coordinator with Dupre Supply Company contracted to Ocean Energy, 8 years as a Sales Representative for United Vessel & Tank, and 4 years as Operations Manager for Dolphin Energy Equipment. His expertise lies in understanding customer needs, creating effective solutions, and applying his knowledge of equipment operation, standards, and fabrication processes. Scot is motivated by successfully bringing transactions together, seeing finished products in customers’ hands, and working with a dedicated team. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, offshore fishing, classic cars and trucks, restoring agricultural equipment, spending time with family, and cooking.

Peter Simon

Peter J. Simon brings 32 years of experience in the oil and gas industry to his sales role at Global Vessel and Tank. He meets with current and prospective customers to provide the right production vessels, tanks, and other equipment, and follows up after delivery to ensure needs are met and future requirements are supported. Peter began his career as a field operator, progressing to field foreman, operations manager, project manager, and account manager. His expertise includes the operation and flow of producing wells, troubleshooting production equipment, identifying deficiencies, and recommending design improvements. He thrives on providing excellent customer service and is motivated by seeing satisfied customers benefit from his hands-on experience. Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Krieg’s career includes 15 years at Traco Production Services, where he gained experience as a service manager, service technician, and oil and gas lease operator. His expertise spans oil and gas production, process equipment design, product innovation, and providing technical support and consultation for equipment needs. Brandon Biessenberger serves as the Director of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) at Global Vessel and Tank, bringing twelve years of experience in safety leadership. He oversees the company’s compliance with environmental, safety, and health regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees. Brandon earned his degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and began his career as Safety Director at a manufacturing plant, where he spent ten years honing his expertise and earned his Associate Safety Professional credentials. His core strengths include risk assessment, OSHA compliance, safety training, and incident investigation. Brandon is motivated by the satisfaction of knowing that every employee returns home safely to their families.

Michael Kinsley Manning brings 16 years of industry experience to his role as Facility Manager at Global Vessel and Tank. He oversees department managers at the Longview plant, ensuring efficient communication and smooth operations across all departments. Prior to joining Global, Michael worked for a family-owned company in the same industry and holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Mississippi and the University of Southern Mississippi. His expertise lies in identifying and alleviating pressure points for employees and customers, and he is motivated by helping others succeed and fostering strong relationships throughout the organization. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his extended family, watching college football, and cooking for his wife and daughter.

Brandi M. Byers brings 12 years of office management experience to her role at Global Vessel and Tank, where she oversees day-to-day operations to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Her career path includes roles as a legal assistant and positions of increasing responsibility in office management, covering areas such as payroll, receivables and payables, personnel, and other administrative functions. Brandi’s strengths lie in her organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking, and administrative expertise. Tristine began her career in office administration, developing strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, which she has successfully applied to her specialized role in API administration. LV  Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager

Damaso Medina brings over 25 years of industry experience to his role as Quality Control Manager at Global Vessel and Tank. He oversees and manages quality control processes to ensure that all vessels meet ASME standards before leaving the shop. Prior to joining Global in 2012, Damaso worked as a lead man at another fabrication shop, supervising production and maintaining high-quality standards on every project. His core strengths include attention to detail, deep knowledge of welding and fabrication procedures, and effective team leadership and training. Damaso is motivated by the positive work environment and the dedicated people he collaborates with every day. Outside of work, he is the lead vocalist in a band, enjoys singing and dancing, and spends weekends grilling and making memories with his sons.
